In an increasingly dark time of crisis that is shaking the lives of many, it is more important than ever to find a space that is not characterised by confusion, distraction, depression, alienation, abolition of humanity, despair and tiredness of life. A space of light, beauty, clarity, creativity, love. This space can be found nowhere else but in one's own heart as a space of light.

In these four cinematic installations, four black cuboids form artistic manifestations of "HEARTLIGHT SPACES": spaces that invite you to enter them to experience poetic worlds of light and darkness, dreams and political reflections ; and to leave them unbowed, enriched, perhaps sensitised or even uplifted.

The “HEARTLIGHT SPACES" will be open from 24 October to 5 November 2022 in the Lichthöfe of the Staatliche Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe from 10:00 to 18:00.
