As part of the »Open Codes« exhibition, an artist talk with the artistic research platform RYBN.ORG takes place at ZKM.
RYBN.ORG was created in 1999 that leads extradisciplinary investigations within the realms of economics, algorithmics and esoteric practises. The talk aims to introduce the recent works of RYBN.ORG , in the field of arts, where they deploy monstrous algorithms, precognitive patents, suicidal machines and ghosts captured in the networks. The talk will also act as a preliminary introduction for the following workshop, trying to put together Kabbalah symbolic system and the binary code, High-Frequency Trading robots and monkeys playing darts, human computers factories from the 18th century and algorithmic governmentality.
