David's practice unites graphic design, programming and editorial work. He is founder of design studio O-R-G, which he now describes as "a small software company;" with Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey he has a collaborative art practice named "Dexter Sinister;" and with Bertolotti-Bailey and Angie Keefer he is editor of the interdisciplinary journal "Bulletins of The Serving Library". David is presently based in Rome as the recipient of the Mark Hampton Rome Prize.
