Study Information Day at the HfG Karlsruhe - over 250 prospective students On the study information day yesterday, Nov 21, 2018, more than 250 prospective students from all over Germany and France got to know the HfG Karlsruhe and its departments on an eventful and informative morning.
After the official welcome by the two new Vice-Rectors Prof. Dr. Matthias Bruhn and Prof. Sereina Rothenberger lecturers and students provided insights into the departments and studies.
After a coffee break students gave the visitors a guided tour through the university, talked about the special features of studying at the HfG Karlsruhe, about the advantages of the project study and the interdisciplinary openness. Especially the workshops and studios made curious and illustrated the excellent technical possibilities to realize artistic projects.
The prospective students were particularly impressed by the family atmosphere and the personal care at the HfG Karlsruhe. The event concluded with an outlook towards the HfG "Schnupperstudium" 2019, which will take place at the university from Jul 31 until Aug 3, 2019 for the second time and has already aroused great interest among the prospective students.
