At the end of the semester, students, alumni and friends of the HfG Karlsruhe present current works in the ZKM Klangdom. Via a 44-channel loudspeaker system and a large projection, audiovisual works become an immersive experience.
For this, students in seminars taught by Dr. Gerriet K. Sharma, Dr. Paul Modler and Lorenz Schwarz have investigated various practices in dealing with digitality, audio electronics, multi-channelity and sound, and have developed concepts for performance, sound art and algorithmic composition.
Live electronics, noise, beats, songs and experimental music will be performed.
Works by students of the Hochschule für Musik will also be presented as part of the cooperation with the Hochschule für Musik.
