A veranda or a stairwell work as spaces of transition, territories unlikely to be perceived as stages hosting an event, such as a theater or a pub – commonly accepted places for gathering. Veranda is an expression of continuity, a sort of currency in exchange for the impossibility of being there. The sculpture moves through the vibrations in the stairwell.
