Being mobile is a highly emotional affair. The many small decisions that we have to make in individual automobile traffic are always fraught with risk. Let's see the “personal injury” as a catastrophe, we have to admit that even the small wrong decisions can cause stress, frustration and anger. We would like to acknowledge and attest to these reactions in the context of the so-called mobility turnaround and derive demands from them, which we are happy to pass on to the local authorities for our visitors.
