Water means life – water shapes our living environment.
This was the starting point for product design students to spend two semesters studying the topics of water and design. In the exhibition "Experience Water and Design" they present their results in the Wasser- und Brunnenmuseum in the Wasserwerk Durlacher Wald of Stadtwerke Karlsruhe GmbH.
For the opening of the exhibition on the Water Day a varied program with workshops and hands-on activities for the whole family awaits the visitors:
Hydroforming – the creative force of water (Angelica Gut) Sources – targeted change shows new qualities of MDF (Florian Knöbl) Washed away – erosion gives shape (Lukas Klein) Absorbed – how much water hides behind things (Dario Schmidt)
The opening will be accompanied by musical interventions by Christian Claus.
