This year again, the literature seminar will be represented at the Karlsruhe Literature Days with KLAK. There will also be a new reading performance on October 13 from 6 to 7pm, the LIFT reading.

KLAK is the Karlsruher-Literature-Automat-Collective of the HfG Karlsruhe. KLAK operates the bookshop of the same name in the ZKM. LIFT is the cargo lift of the university.

LIFT is being rededicated for the Literature Days. Ten listeners plus a liftboy drive to the three floors of the building. When the lift doors open, the view becomes clear to a author, who recites their texts. So the audience can navigate through different text levels at the touch of a button. After completing a walk, the liftboy asks the lift passengers to get out and a new group can check in for the book tour. All presented texts are from in the literature seminar of the HfG Karlsruhe under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Krass and will later be available through KLAK, the book vending machine. The new issue bears the title MORD. KLAK is the Karlsruhe Reading Animation Concept.
