Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design was first established as a progressive school on April 15, 1992. It was founded by Heinrich Klotz between the years 1989 and 1992, together with the ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe. The combination of teaching, research, and exhibition institutions addresses the given artistic and pedagogic task of relating traditional arts to media technology and electronic production processes.

We celebrate the sale of the first edition of the book "hexen flexen - Fragmente und Kompliz:innen". With the book finissage we would like to present the book publicly for the first time in Karlsruhe.
You are cordially invited to toast together on the Hirschbrücke! There will also be the opportunity to look at the book, to exchange ideas and to take one of the last copies with you.
