The HfG Karlsruhe presents the works of the eight students who questioned the future role of the designer at the SALONE DEL MOBILE in Milan. With their projects they offer alternative views on the classic notions of product design. They embrace unpredictable proces- ses, explore primitive and advanced techniques, question interaction and let their projects evolve through time.
What do you see in a tree? Can you re-route the waste streams of DIY stores? Bee or human, who is the designer here? What happens when you pair digital accuracy with raw natural materials?
