Staff Member (m/f/d) for the Office of Program and Teaching Evaluation

This is a part-time position (50% / 19.75 hours per week) initially limited to two years. The working hours are divided equally (25%) between the Karlsruhe University of Music and the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design. Compensation is based on qualifications in accordance with the provisions of the TV-L up to pay grade 11.

Your responsibilities include:
Developing, preparing, conducting, and summarizing the results of student surveys on the quality of study programs and teaching at both universities as part of self-evaluation processes; advising faculty members; personally communicating evaluation results to instructors; preparing the annual evaluation report; and participating in the conceptual development of self-evaluation procedures.

You bring:
A completed university degree, preferably in the fields of social sciences or industrial and organizational psychology; knowledge of relevant evaluation procedures; proficiency in MS Office; and the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a team. Familiarity with the specific academic conditions at universities of music and design is highly desirable.
