Postdoc: Research Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Art Research and Media Philosophy (50%)

Remuneration depends on personal qualifications up to pay group 13 TV-L. The position is initially limited to two years, an extension to a maximum of six years is possible in accordance with § 2 WissZeitVG.

Your tasks will include:

Carrying out your own research project.

Participation in teaching at the HfG to the extent of 2 SWS

participation in the conception and realization of projects, events or excursions at HfG’s dept. of „Art Research and Media Philosophy“, collaboration in the academic self-administration

tasks according to § 52 Landeshochschulgesetz Baden-Württemberg

Job requirements:

completed dissertation (Dr. / PhD) in history of art, media philosophy or a neighboring discipline.

a research interest in digital media is of advantage.

an interest in excursions or field work as methods in teaching and research is of advantage.

good language skills of spoken and written German and English (German level at least B2).
