You want to learn more about studying at the HfG Karlsruhe?
This year, students and prospective students can once again find out about study options on-site at the statewide Study Information Day at the Staatliche Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe. We also offer a digital live stream of the event.
The departments of Media Art, Product and Communication Design, Exhibition Design and Scenography, as well as Art Science and Media Philosophy will introduce themselves and provide insights into the special features of their studies. In addition, interested parties will be guided through the studios and workshops of the university and can thus gain a precise idea of everyday study life. Students will also be on hand to answer detailed questions about the individual subjects. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to visit the current exhibitions of the ZKM | Center for Art and Media (free admission on this day upon presentation of a valid student ID).

Presentation of the individual departments by professors, staff and students

• 10:20 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.: Media Art
• 10:40 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Product Design
• 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.: Art Science and Media Philosophy
• 11:20 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.: Exhibition design and scenography
• 11:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Communication design
