Your tasks include:
Conception, planning and implementation of university-wide events - especially in the context of student marketing - including independent event management and coordination of all relevant internal and external partners.
Management and leadership of interdisciplinary teams in the area of event and exhibition production as well as implementation of creative ideas from teaching and studies into feasible concepts, schedules and financial plans.
Communication and public relations in close coordination with the university's press and public relations department, including participation in the creation of online and social media content in the context of events.

Recruitment requirements:
Completed studies in the field of cultural, event or event management or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in event management, ideally in a university context or in the field of student marketing
High affinity for numbers and interest in budget planning and management
Organizational talent, personal responsibility and a strategic mindset
Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
Confident handling of common office and communication software tools
Very good knowledge of German and a confident command of written and spoken English
