We hereby cordially invite you to the opening of the summer semester on April 15, 2024 from 6 p.m.
The Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design is starting the summer semester with a number of new employees and two new appointments for the Art History and Media Philosophy degree programs.
Dr. Nina Zschocke, Professor of Digital Aesthetics, and Simon Sheikh, Professor of Theory in the field of Critical Theory and Media Philosophy, are internationally renowned academics who will enrich not only our range of courses, but also the cultural life of the city of Karlsruhe. Further appointments in the university's theory department will be made during the summer and winter semesters. The HfG is looking forward to further developments in the new academic year.
As usual, the opening evening will also be used for the presentation of diplomas. The evening will be accompanied by performances and music by SMITTNESS.
We would be delighted to welcome you back to the Lichthöfe of the HfG for this occasion.
