Please note the changed opening hours of the university during the Christmas holidays

There will be no lectures from December 24, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

Lectures will start again on January 5, 2026.

The HfG Karlsruhe will be closed from December 24, 2025 to (including) January 2, 2026.

Employees with urgent tasks can work at the HfG during the turn of the year. For the period from December 24 to 31, 2025, you can apply for leave and overtime compensation without substitution.

Students with permission for night and weekend access are authorized to use the rooms during this period. If necessary, an application for night and weekend access can be submitted (https://hfg-karlsruhe.de/service/allgemeines/schliessanlage/).
